1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order at ORALBOUTIQ is simple! Browse our collection, select the items you love, and click "Add to Cart." Once you're ready, head to your cart and follow the checkout process to complete your purchase. You can pay using various payment options, including credit cards and PayPal.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Simply click on the link provided to track your order's journey and get updates on delivery status.
3. What are your shipping options?
We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. At checkout, you'll be able to select from standard, expedited, and express shipping, with delivery times and costs clearly listed.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on the option you choose and your location. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Expedited options are available for faster delivery.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
6. Can I cancel or modify my order?
We can only cancel or modify an order if it hasn't been processed for shipping. If you'd like to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at HELP@ORALBOUTIQ.SHOP. If your order has already been processed, it can no longer be changed.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for more details.
8. Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to assist you in making the exchange.
9. How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, simply contact us at HELP@ORALBOUTIQ.SHOP. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back to us.
10. Will I be refunded for my return?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
11. Are there any items I cannot return?
Certain items, such as sale items or undergarments, are final sale and cannot be returned. Be sure to check the product description for any exclusions before purchasing.
